A passionate Yogini who lives, breathes and loves Yoga. What started out as a weight loss regime in her teens, grew to be her source of strength and well being as an adult. Asheta is a trained Yoga instructor in traditional Hatha yoga (Sivananda Ashram, Kerala, India) as well as Power Yoga (Uttara’s Power Yoga and Pilates, Hyderabad, India)
She’s been teaching for several years and her classes are a good place to challenge one’s yogic practices. Her classes vary from beginners to intermediate level and there’s something for everyone. Aside from asana practice, her classes include breathing techniques, mindfulness and chanting. It’s a wholesome approach to Yoga that caters to the wellbeing of your mind, body and spirit!
